On the 11th, at a press conference held in Beijing, it was announced that the Beijing Internet Information Office, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Government Services and Data Management jointly released the “China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone and National Service Industry Expansion Comprehensive Demonstration Zone Data Exit Management List (Negative List) (2025 Edition)” and supporting management measures, expanding the negative list management mechanism for data exit from the free trade zone to the entire provincial administrative region.
